In brief

The formal abstract, for citation.

A fractal, governed shared-memory coordination methodology lets people and machines work together through legible shared state, appearing as the same pattern in a server, a classroom, a handset, and a physical resource network. Its one new thing is a single interlock: one per-record access rule, evaluated by the store that holds the state, that at once withholds a participant's own context from the authority so sovereignty is enforced at the data layer, governs the records a reverse-navigation loop reads and writes as it works backward from a goal until the goal is met, and cannot be altered by anything a machine agent reads. Goal-directed tutoring, participant profiles, and record-level access control are each old. Fusing all three through one rule is what was new. Participants join through a capability-scoped connection, invoking only permitted operations on assigned records with no host or database access, and any participant can be revoked instantly, so connectivity no longer requires exposure and sovereign boards on separate machines coordinate without reaching into each other. A dispatcher routes tasks to answering tiers without reasoning, and a lower tier that hits its ceiling writes a request a higher tier answers into the same record, asynchronously, on spare or off-grid cycles. The governance leg and the capability-scoped connection are running on low-cost hardware, the connection proven across separate sovereign machines. The reverse-navigation and sovereign-composition legs, and the interlock that fuses all three, are set out here in full for anyone to build. Delivery runs through a translating modem: one conserved source of meaning, form as a free variable, a gate that conserves the idea at whatever comprehension level the reader sets, and personalization drawn from the reader's own held context, visible only as far as the reader chose to make it. This document is published to dedicate the whole methodology to the public.
